This Privacy Policy sets forth the information gathering, use, and dissemination practices of Learning and Organisation Development Roundtable (“LNOD”) in connection with its website. This Privacy Policy addresses LNOD’s practices regarding information collected only directly through or from the website – it does not address or govern any information gathering, use, or dissemination practices related to information collected other than directly through or from the website, including, without limitation, from or via telephone, postal mail, personal delivery, or other offline means or media. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM WEBSITE USERS
(i) LNOD may collect or track 1) the email addresses of users that communicate with LNOD via e-mail, and 2) information knowingly provided by the user in online forms, registration forms, surveys, e-mail, and other online avenues (including, without limitation, demographic and personal profile data). LNOD also may collect or track 3) the home server domain names, e-mail addresses, type of client computer, files downloaded, search engine used, operating system, and type of web browser of users to the website, and 4) aggregate and user-specific information regarding which pages the website users access.
(ii) LNOD may place Internet “cookies” on users hard drives. Internet cookies save data about individual users, such as the user’s name, password, user-name, screen preferences, and the pages of the website viewed by the user. When the user revisits the website, LNOD may recognize the user by the Internet cookie and customize the user’s experience accordingly. USE OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED
(i) Personal data collected by LNOD may be used by LNOD for many reasons, for example, for editorial and feedback purposes, for marketing and promotional purposes, for a statistical analysis of users’ behaviour, for product development, for content improvement, for fulfilment of a requested transaction or record keeping, or to customize the content and layout of the website. Aggregate user data may be used for internal purposes, and individually identifying information, such as names, postal and email addresses, phone numbers, and other personal information which users voluntarily provide to LNOD may be added to LNOD’s databases and used for future calls, mailings, and other communications regarding website updates, new products and services, and upcoming events.
(ii) LNOD also may use the website user data to contact the website users regarding account status and changes to the subscriber agreement, Privacy Policy, and any other policies or agreements relevant to the website users.

Identifiable and non-identifiable user information and data which users provide to LNOD also may be provided to third parties that provide products, information, or services which LNOD believes that users may be interested in directly or indirectly purchasing or obtaining.
(ii) While LNOD may undertake efforts to see that any third party to or with which LNOD shares, rents, sells, or otherwise discloses personal data is under a contractual obligation to use the personal data solely for the purposes for which the data was disclosed, LNOD is not responsible for their conduct, actions, omissions, or information handling or dissemination practices and LNOD will not be liable therefore.
(iii) The website may contain links to other websites. LNOD is not responsible for the privacy practices of such Websites, advertisers, or third parties, or for the content of such websites or advertisements. It is possible that these links, themselves, may be used by third parties or others to collect personal or other information about the website users. The website may contain links to other websites that are not owned or controlled by LNOD. LNOD encourages the user to be aware when they leave the website and to read the privacy policies of each and every website that collects personal information.
SECURITY MEASURES
(i) LNOD has implemented numerous security features designed to prevent the unauthorized release of or access to personal information. Please be advised, however, that the confidentiality of any communication or material transmitted to or from LNOD via this website or email cannot be guaranteed. Accordingly, LNOD is not responsible for the security of information transmitted via the internet.
(ii) LNOD adopts appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of the personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on its website. The website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make the users visit to the website as safe as possible. The personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. All payment transactions are processed through secure gateway providers and are not stored or processed on the LNOD servers.

LNOD partners with third parties to manage advertising on other websites. AMENDMENT TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
LNOD may change this Privacy Policy at any time. Notice of any new or revised Privacy Policy, as well as the location of the new or revised statement, will be posted on its website after the change. It is the obligation of the users visiting the website before the change to learn of changes to the Privacy Policy since their last visit. Any change to this Privacy Policy shall be effective as to any user who has visited the website before the change was made.
