Some challenges one faces while leading change initiatives are: Resistance to change. And if you’re able to surmount that, you’ll find that something that you implemented undergoing so much pain has already become redundant. One has to go through the whole process all over again.

Completely agree – sometimes we get so focused on the process we forget about the people who will bring it to life – essentially make or break the success of it.
