    It seems like there two sides to innovation. On one hand everyone is talking about it, is excited and promoting innovation and on the other hand, it is too scary to actually be implemented.

    Does this mean that innovative ideas don’t always translate it innovative actions?

    Which side do you see manifesting at your workplace?

      True !!! open to new ideas is a first step of the innovation. we have to be more innovative in how to implement Innovation in the organisation.
