    Has any particular style of leadership emerged stronger and or more effective during COVID? If yes, reasons thereof. @gyan-nagpal

    • that’s a great question Deepak. Haven’t seen a universal “style” being coined, but a analogy does come to mind

            • Thank you Gyan for a comprehensive response. It resonates a lot with me too. Honestly, there are and there will be moments when one is not just like this at times. I have been guilty too where I dropped the guard. The challenge is to not drop the ball and be instead consistent, determined and disciplined as much as possible and emerge as a natural leader in a given situation. I have taken the liberty of paraphrasing your wonderful tips for easy reading and assimilation for larger good. Hope you don’t mind.
