Some Practices that have worked much better compared to traditional ones are : a)Creating Learning co-horts with experts; mini bootcamps for On-the-job learnings blended with shadow opportunities; b) Blending 70-20-20 with tech to make leaning micro, just-in-time, anywhere learning, so a good LXP to augment classroom/ virtiual Expert speak sessions, gamifying induction to make it interesting, byte size videos on small product updations rather than series of video calls – all this to respect learners’ space, pace, preferences and contextual needs.
