I tend to agree. There is more talk than action or manifestation of innovation as it takes effort to build a Culture that enables innovation

As a young professional, I often see organizations embracing innovation for various reasons. While some organizations genuinely adopt a human-centered approach, others may appear to innovate for the sake of staying competitive or following trends or looking cool. The key question is whether these innovations genuinely address the needs, expectations, and well-being of employees and customers, or if they’re primarily driven by a desire to be seen as innovative.

They can aspire to innovate by creating cultures of voice, inclusion and leaders who role model raising the bar for performance while constantly encouraging teams to solve problems.

Absolutely! I see so many innovations happening. But the organisation remained puzzled in the nett benefits and value created.. it’s important for HR to be the line of defense to protect the value that our employees have built and honed over their career and help to ensure that the expertise can be retained or leveled up for true growth.
