AI can highly effectively study and read – Women employees’ growth journey to correctly identify SWOT and enable contextual development for higher roles, can track most inclusive managers on race, ethnicity, tenure, backgrounds etc. and role model them and cascade best practice sharing, identify managers weaker at DEI and thus enable right development interventions for them, gauge psychological safety aspects of employees and bring to management’s attention areas that need work to make workplaces more inclusive etc.. have you seen them at play and what has been your experience?

To add to that, AI can also help recruitment processes become fairer and more inclusive, break down barriers and ensure equal voice and opportunities to all. It can play a powerful role in driving positive change agendas and fostering a sense of belonging.
