    Would HR Drive the People Skills, Leadership and Soft Power, that organizations, leaders and employees are looking for in the future or would we simply get replaced by AI/ Technology?

      HR will drive people skills, leadership: only, if we are going to play and demonstrate the Business partnering skill which means the common lingo and Business feels we are one of them
