Deborah Hulme posted an update in the group Future of Work
1 year, 9 months agoThere is a big focus on hybrid working and/or working from home. It seems narrow when thinking about the future of work. Technology will continue to drive change, there will be more choices available for work times/days/places and, of course, we are all living much longer. Are we really going to work solidly for 60 years? I doubt it. There will be career changes, career breaks, ongoing learning, re-education, sabbaticals and much more. I have no doubt that the future of work will look very different from what we know today. It will be an exciting journey and organisations will need to think hard and plan well to stay relevant and of interest for the best talent.

Absolutely agree with your perspective! The evolving landscape of work prompts intriguing questions about the sustainability of traditional career trajectories. It will be interesting to see how organizations proactively adapt to support lifelong learning, flexible paths, and diverse career patterns while attracting and retaining top talent.
