      • desktop computing reshaped (all non-factory and field) jobs in the last big shift. The next big one will be the end of algorithmic and repetitive tasks. So what do we do to create value over and above what a superbot can do. That’s the question.

    • Technology can help broaden the Funnel for hiring, use Socio cognitive criteria to shortlist and assess Talent without revealing demographics to make the hiring unbiased, diverse and inclusive.
