    For organisations it’s also very difficult to decide whether that should make mentoring mandatory or not. Employees, especially younger folks are averse to being imposed anything.     The lifeline for any company is the induction of talent at the entry level. If the organisation has good mentoring processes in place for these youngsters, its talent pipeline will never dry up.

    They can be depended on to make decisions calmly, manage teams deftly and be emotionally mature.
