    Take a Break
Taking breaks goes beyond just resting; it’s a calculated approach to supercharge learning and productivity. Extensive research underscores the profound impact that well-planned breaks can have on our ability to learn, retain knowledge, and perform at peak levels.

Memory and Recall: Allowing the brain to momentarily pause and recharge enhances our capacity to store and recall information effectively.

Stress Reduction: Breaks are potent stress-relievers, reducing anxiety levels and offering a clearer, more focused mindset when we return to our tasks.

Energy Boost: Embracing short breaks acts as a powerful energy booster, revitalising both body and mind, thereby preventing that feeling of exhaustion as well as elevating overall performance.

Health and Well-being: Breaks are not just for the mind but also for the body. They bolster our immune system, diminish inflammation, and lower the risk of heart disease.

Creativity and Focus: Brief breaks are catalysts for creativity and focus. They provide the brain with the opportunity to reset, resulting in improved problem-solving skills and heightened creativity.

Incorporating well-planned breaks into our learning routine should not be seen as a sign of weakness. Breaks are instead a great tool for improving our ability to learn and our overall performance. Time for tea!
