Hi yes – we have used it to help people prepare themselves for
important meetings, presentations and/or speeches.
You can also use it to further develop technical skills as you work through the specifics in your mind of what you need to do.

Visualisation. Its so simple, so powerful and something we can all do. It works because the mind can’t really distinguish between real and imagined experiences. So everytime we visualise its almost the same as doing it in real time. It’s a great way to practice before go live and we can do it on the train, plan or even sitting on the sofa.

The key is to use all the senses, really bring it to life. Imagine the emotion, the faces, the lights, the sounds and smells – all of it – as vividlly as possible. I can bet that whatever you are doing will improve as result.
