    • I think prioritizing your wellbeing as a leader sets a positive example, promoting a culture of personal wellness and work-life balance. This could in turn enhances team morale, reduces burnout, and improves communication, leading to more effective decision-making and higher team productivity, ultimately driving overall organizational success. It’s Bandura’s Social Learning Theory in action – employees will take inspiration from their leaders and learn and grow with them.

      • Yes I agree – by prioritising their own wellbeing, leaders are better able to regulate emotion, demonstrate consistent behaviours and be more attentive to the emotional state of their teams. In short, able to really contribute to an environment of psychological safety.
