– Don’t over customise.
– Have simple but scalable workflows. Plan for at least next 7 years both from Company growth as well Market Trends.
– Keep in mind changes in technology and skills and talent needs over next 3-5 years.
– Go for enterprise, scalable and global solutions that can connect with other tools in the organisation seamlessly (single sign-on)
– Strong, secure IT practices and Tech Savvy employee force.
– Have fun, challenge and social elements built into it.
