that’s a great question Deepak. Haven’t seen a universal “style” being coined, but a analogy does come to mind

lets assume we can codify leadership DNA into 46 attributes. If we do so, there are 5 key “leadership chromosomes” which have become critical to our survival since 2020

2. leaders who look at talent via just the contribution lens. Not the superficial lenses of education, experience, demographics, looks, dress, etc, etc

3. experimentalists ( as opposed to fixed, theorised, or proven). i.e. leaders who get up every morning to change things, not just supervise execution.

5. probably the most important one being those who don’t see themselves as “leaders” but rather “enablers”. Maybe it is time to change the title too.

these are just 5 that come to mind, there will be many other parts of our DNA which will also be in evolution currently.

Thank you Gyan for a comprehensive response. It resonates a lot with me too. Honestly, there are and there will be moments when one is not just like this at times. I have been guilty too where I dropped the guard. The challenge is to not drop the ball and be instead consistent, determined and disciplined as much as possible and emerge as a natural leader in a given situation. I have taken the liberty of paraphrasing your wonderful tips for easy reading and assimilation for larger good. Hope you don’t mind.
