Great question Doc. I think understanding what the current needs of the organization are, to create a more fluid structure which can mold itself to the future needs. I also feel it needs to break away from our existing structure which is product/ service / function based HRBP role to a more wider organization level true Business Partnering, so that HR ends up breaking free from silo working or siloed focus and build a more wider perspective
