Not advise exactly but certainly insights to share my experience of using & implementing various HR systems over 3 decades now:
– Being realistic and NOT over ambitious
– Don’t over customise.
– Have simple but scalable workflows. Plan for at least next 7 years both from Company growth as well Market Trends.

How would we know that the technology we are using its the wrong one .. can you give one examples?

Tech has revolutionised how we can search for, identify, shortlist, interview and onboard Talent. Infact how we can get them to integrate in performance and contributions by setting goals, identify learning needs, assess High potential and integrate internal Talebt for pipeline building activities..
