Not advise exactly but certainly insights to share my experience of using & implementing various HR systems over 3 decades now:
– Being realistic and NOT over ambitious
– Don’t over customise.
– Have simple but scalable workflows. Plan for at least next 7 years both from Company growth as well Market Trends.
