    @gautam-chainani Do you think there is a correlation between DEI and employee performance as well as Psychological safety in the organization? If yes can you share any example?

      I believe there is definitely a correlation and causation between Employee performance and psychological safety in Organizations ans this has corroborated in numerous start -ups that have focused on consciously building a culture of psychological safety in the workplace which has been driven by the founders or their leadership teams. on the part…[Read more]

      Most of the organizations now have engaged with people across age groups including boomers, millennials and gen Z…employment models and traditional work contracts need to change to accommodate this shift..the 22 years to 58 years working life span is passe…
