    – empathy, compassion, communicating with a purpose,
    – resilience
    – tech savvy – being able to use AI, big data for making decisions

    HI Ramanpreet,

    Great question – So how does this current environment make us change our ask from leaders ?

    Leaders are always looked up to lead by example irrespective of the situation. Words may inspire but actions are the ones that create change.

    In my perspective – I would say leader need to put on their mask first. And let me tell you why
