HR will drive people skills, leadership: only, if we are going to play and demonstrate the Business partnering skill which means the common lingo and Business feels we are one of them

and can only happen when HR plays true Business partnering as all this reflects the leadership attribute

Ownership, Problem solving, cognitive thinking and decision making
