    How much are we investing ( in time and money) in self disruption? In learning out of the box skills. When the language of business changes, past fluency doesn’t translate so well. How many senior leaders today would be at risk of failing the “emerging business linguistics 101” exam?

      • desktop computing reshaped (all non-factory and field) jobs in the last big shift. The next big one will be the end of algorithmic and repetitive tasks. So what do we do to create value over and above what a superbot can do. That’s the question.

    Are there specific industries or sectors where dynamic capabilities are particularly crucial, and why?
    @gyan nagpal

    • every industry needs to unfreeze their fixed capability structures as much as they can. Every year must me better than the last. That’s the only way to hedge against skills being outdated, fixed ways of working and eventual capability obsolescence and eventual disruption

    In your experience, what role does continuous learning play in fostering dynamic capability within a workforce?

    • 100% of knowledge industry jobs will be either reshaped or completely disrupted in the next 10 years. Continuous learning and role-evolution is probably the number one skill now. number two is experimentation and number three is business analysis.

    Technology helps your employees share feedback with you. The right tools provide a safe place for them to let you know what’s working and what’s not.

    When you create a culture in which feedback sharing is encouraged and when you act on the feedback you receive regularly you improve the employee experience and let employees know that you value the…[Read more]

    @dr-deepak-deshpande How is the HR department preparing for the potential challenges and opportunities posed by future advancements in workplace technology?

    • We need to identify first what is that we want to accomplish as a HR team and what challenges we are facing? Is the organization investing in creating basic technology or digital platforms? Is the HR Team digital savvy? What are the skill gaps and bridge those KSA gaps. Most important – enablement and readiness of the other functions on t…[Read more]
