desktop computing reshaped (all non-factory and field) jobs in the last big shift. The next big one will be the end of algorithmic and repetitive tasks. So what do we do to create value over and above what a superbot can do. That’s the question.

every industry needs to unfreeze their fixed capability structures as much as they can. Every year must me better than the last. That’s the only way to hedge against skills being outdated, fixed ways of working and eventual capability obsolescence and eventual disruption

100% of knowledge industry jobs will be either reshaped or completely disrupted in the next 10 years. Continuous learning and role-evolution is probably the number one skill now. number two is experimentation and number three is business analysis.

– Being realistic and NOT over ambitious
– Don’t over customise.
