Hi Sunith, another great question.
Like all fingers of a hand are of different shape and size, leaders are too with different capabilities and potential. Change does not come easy for anyone of us, some resistance is for sure – I remember my grade 7 or 8 science chapter on inertia; and if this question was asked pre- pandemic may be our confidence in answering such a quesiton would have been even lower. Post pandemic we have seen a great display of agililty and resilience which I would say with times would get better and better as most of us now realise that it has become a survival need.
