L&D has always been about drawing the best from within. TatTwam Asi. Everyone is complete – all knowledge lies with universal consciousness which permeates all of us. So Learning is about Self Discovery. No other Learning matters

I feel the best strategy in DEI would be to stop using various labels of Gender, LGBTQ, PWD, etc….they simply do the opposite of what’s intended. Instead sensitize people to respect, value and appreciate the “divine” in all beings!

Leadership is about raising consciousness of self and others. It is definitely about Leading self, but going within 😀

Have used the AVAV Model (as described by me in an earlier post) in 2 organizations, one in IT services and another in Lifestyle. It was received well. in both places, it was introduced and employees (section of them) were educated on this, rather than imposing
