In my view, today learning can be enriched and made relevant by fueling it with the following:

1. Connections as fuel : Networking platforms, Coaching, Mentoring, Expert Speak sessions provide incisive, relevant and contextual learning opportunities

2. Tech as fuel: Simulations, gamifications, byte sized learnings made available to be absorbed anytime anywhere

3. Managers/ Leaders as catalysts/ fuel: People with higher learning quotients, agility and adaptability to be made role models; Making learning journeys a continuum and not a one-off tick box event .
