    Challenges in this space:

    The biggest challenge in the Talent Retention space is getting total alignment to the cause of ‘Nurturing Talent’. When that becomes the focus of each People Manager, each member will produce the highest contribution = productivity = innovation = ownership = PROFITABILITY
