1 year, 7 months agoHow do you identify the most critical skills and competencies that need to be developed in a specific industry or company?
-
Anindya Sheereplied 1 year, 7 months ago
The best way is to create a job architecture framework for the specific industry in question..in the case of technology standard framework like the Radford is available where one can map the skills and competencies..In addition there are AI tools these days which scrape the internet to identify the latest skill clusters and map the same with your employee

1 year, 7 months agoIt seems like there two sides to innovation. On one hand everyone is talking about it, is excited and promoting innovation and on the other hand, it is too scary to actually be implemented.
Does this mean that innovative ideas don’t always translate it innovative actions?
Which side do you see manifesting at your workplace?
-
Snehareplied 1 year, 7 months ago
True !!! open to new ideas is a first step of the innovation. we have to be more innovative in how to implement Innovation in the organisation.
