I think With the evolution of HR technology, organizations can streamline administrative tasks, enhance employee engagement through personalized interactions, and leverage data analytics for strategic workforce planning. This transition allows HR professionals to focus on more strategic initiatives, such as talent development, organizational culture, and employee well-being, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the organization. It’s increase the more opportunities for the new and unique implementation in the organisation. When HR start using AI and new technology to improve the organisation performance that’s when we can say Industrial Revolution 5.0 comes true !!
