        desktop computing reshaped (all non-factory and field) jobs in the last big shift. The next big one will be the end of algorithmic and repetitive tasks. So what do we do to create value over and above what a superbot can do. That’s the question.

          hence to answer your question. 1) look beyond core competence. 2) build ancillary competence in allied areas 3) Invest in understanding design 4) pick from the skills on the rise (from the WEF) list. I will post it above
