Since Corporate India is far away from fair representation of women in decision making roles, we need to educate men why it is necessary to lead women in to top roles along with them. Agree. Having said that, would you agree that Socio Evonomic doversity is in the way of inclusion? also ethnicity and other social classifications may easily be in the way of representation to enable real DEI to manifest?

1 year, 3 months agoI believe world consists of unique lives. So differences will exist. We have got it all wrong. its not so much about women or men, its sheer under representation of some segments.
Organizations have to change their game in 2024 if not already started, they are very late. -
