The job of a philosopher is more difficult and critical for once the mind is cleared of garbage, the streets of behaviour will not remain littered. Help the Learner appreciate the deep philosophy and you then need to train him for nothing for he would be self-motivated to learn !

Some challenges one faces while leading change initiatives are: Resistance to change. And if you’re able to surmount that, you’ll find that something that you implemented undergoing so much pain has already become redundant. One has to go through the whole process all over again.
