We need to identify first what is that we want to accomplish as a HR team and what challenges we are facing? Is the organization investing in creating basic technology or digital platforms? Is the HR Team digital savvy? What are the skill gaps and bridge those KSA gaps. Most important – enablement and readiness of the other functions on technology roadmap, training and simplified processes, should help us wade through challenge.
