In the context of skill shortages and evolving job roles, what strategies do you recommend for fostering continuous learning and professional development to keep employees engaged in the manufacturing sector?-

Development focuses on developing competencies and skills that will enable employees to be successful in a future role in the organization. This may involve activities such as leadership training, mentorship programs, or other professional development initiatives. As an employee one also must learn to adapt to new changes in the workplace by staying informed about industry trends and advances so that you can transition seamlessly into a different work environment or transformed way of working. As an organisation, we have a strong legacy of investing in institutions that support our training programs. The Tata Steel Management Development centre was established in 1954 and has taken a lead in honing managerial capabilities, while the Shavak Nanavati Technical Training Institute marks 100 years of dedicated training experience in India. Infrastructure and curricula have constantly been invested into to keep the promise of excellence in our programs
