    Do you ageee a large part of the disconnect is coming from expecting Gen Z to behave like the past generations and being surprised at their self assured ness to make different choices, decisions, have new expressed and unexpressed expectation and have more clarity perhaps being children of the knowledge era…

    • I agree, I think It’s important for organizations to recognize and embrace these differences rather than resisting them. Gen Z’s unique qualities, such as their tech-savviness, desire for social and environmental impact, and preference for flexibility, can bring fresh perspectives and innovative solutions to the workplace

    • Absolutely. Both the organisations and employees (current and prospective) irrespective of the generations they belong have to adapt to each other. one size doesn’t fit all – extremes will not work. Both have to be flexibility and adapt to the new trends. None can afford to be rigid.

    • @deepakdeshpande couldn’t agree more..it’s when we have preconceived expectations on each other is where the trouble starts. Its not uncommon to believe GenZ is arrogant, self assured without knowledge or experience and lazy/ entitled..
