    @ramanpreet bridging the gap of understanding and expectations across generations alwats required Compassion to understand rather than misunderstand..
    1. Making an attempt to genuinely Connect, Listen is important
    2. Revisiting old paradigms and having the courage to recast old practises and address legacy thinking on talent is a good start
    3. All next Generations bring in a new lens and be world view we need to understand and value
    4. These are children of disruption and have experienced adversities like the Pandemic so early in their lives?!!!
    5. Finding common ground is key. Both need to Listen

      Thankyou Dr Sujaya, this is very insightful. It is extremely important to understand the whys behind their behaviours to understand their choices and decisions better. Also, to help them understand the whys behind the decisions and processes that are already being practiced so that they get a sense of why certain things are supposed to be done in a certain way. Communication and Active Listening will go a long way.
