I agree, but also think its the least prioritized wellness even amongst employees and people in general. And ends up having significant stress on peoples lives.

Diversity in the organisation has to be incorporated by Design and with top leader’s sponsorship. It does not work otherwise.

Yes you are right Rajesh and when talking about this in workshops I often break it down into Brain, Mind, Body, Stress Management and Social Connection – it is the whole self and I like your reference to ‘cell health’.

Yes I agree – by prioritising their own wellbeing, leaders are better able to regulate emotion, demonstrate consistent behaviours and be more attentive to the emotional state of their teams. In short, able to really contribute to an environment of psychological safety.
