Diversity of individuals determines the diversity of thought, attitude, approach, and these, in turn, open up new possibilities, create different opportunities, and power unique innovations. Diversity in the organisation has to be incorporated by Design and with top leader’s sponsorship. It does not work otherwise.

    • True, Individual diversity fuels a rich tapestry of perspectives, driving innovation and unlocking fresh horizons. True diversity’s success hinges on intentional design and unwavering leadership support.
