    What are the common challenges organizations face when trying to establish a mentoring culture, and how can they be overcome? @bavneesh-gulati

    • The biggest impediment according to my experience is that guys who actually need mentoring don’t opt for it. Either they shy away from signing up due to inhibitions or on the other side of the continuum think that they know everything and don’t need to be mentored.

    • The best way is to create a job architecture framework for the specific industry in question..in the case of technology standard framework like the Radford is available where one can map the skills and competencies..In addition there are AI tools these days which scrape the internet to identify the latest skill clusters and map the same with your employee
