Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing & subscribing to the Learning and Organisation Development Roundtable (hereinafter referred to as “LNOD”) courses. We ensure that our users have a rewarding experience while they discover, assess, and purchase our courses. As with any online purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy.

REFUNDS POLICY ON THE SUBCRIPTION FEE & THIRD-PARTY COURSES

(i) A refund request can be initiated within 7 days of subscription and or purchase of a course.

(ii) Any refund request beyond 7 days of subscription and or purchasing the course will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.

PROCEDURE FOR REFUND REQUEST

(i) The user shall send a refund request email to contact@lnodcommunities.com

(ii) The contents of the email should include payment proof, course details and reason for refund.

(iii) The decision of whether or not to approve the refund shall be final & binding and shall be at the sole discretion of LNOD.

REFUNDS FOR DUPLICATE PAYMENT

(i) Refund of the duplicate payment made by the user will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 15 working days post intimation by the User.

(ii) All refunds will be processed within 15 working days after the refund request is approved by LNOD.

AMENDMENT TO THE REFUND POLICY

LNOD reserves the right to revise the terms & conditions of this Refund & Cancellation Policy without any prior notice.
